All exam vouchers provided by CPS Global are genuine and issued through authorised channels. Once a voucher has been issued and delivered to the registered email address, it cannot be cancelled, returned, transferred, or refunded. Candidates are requested to verify all personal details, examination requirements, voucher validity, and the applicable policies of the respective examination authority before completing their purchase.

Any requests relating to exam scheduling, rescheduling, or other examination-related matters shall be governed solely by the policies of the respective examination authority. CPS Global shall not be responsible for decisions taken by the examination provider.

All fees paid towards coaching programmes, training courses, counselling services, workshops, language certification support, or any other educational services offered by CPS Global are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a registration or enrolment has been confirmed, no cancellation, refund, adjustment, or credit shall be provided, irrespective of attendance, change of plans, or any personal circumstances of the candidate.

Once a payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. CPS Global does not accept cancellation requests for exam vouchers, coaching programmes, counselling services, or any other products or services purchased through its website or office.

In the event of a duplicate payment or any payment processed multiple times due to a technical or payment gateway error, candidates should contact CPS Global with the relevant transaction details. After verification, the excess amount, if applicable, will be refunded through the original mode of payment.
